Terms of Service
By accessing the IMS marketing site, the public live feed, or the lead-capture form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of ims.quintarthai.com, quintarthai.com/ims/, and the read-only public preview of the live console at quintarthai.com/tracker. They do not govern paid use of the IMS console, which is subject to a separate signed agreement.
2. The service we provide on this site
- Marketing pages describing the IMS product, pricing, and roadmap.
- Public read-only live feed at
/tracker— limited preview of corroborated incident data drawn from public open-data sources. - Sample artefacts — downloadable PDF briefs (
brief-sample.pdf,brief-sahel.pdf) for evaluation only. - Contact form for prospective customers and partners.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the public marketing site and live preview for lawful evaluation, research, and informational purposes. You must not:
- Use the public feed or PDFs as a substitute for an operational warning system. The public preview is not a real-time alerting service.
- Re-publish, white-label, or commercially redistribute the data without a signed agreement.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without prior written permission. Coordinated security disclosure is welcome — see security.txt.
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, harass, or scrape the site.
- Attempt to access non-public endpoints or bypass rate limits.
4. Accuracy of information
The incident data shown on the public live feed is drawn from public open-data sources and is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Acting on information from this site is your responsibility. Where source corroboration is shown, it represents a clustering decision — not a guarantee of truth.
5. Marketing claims
Forward-looking statements on the marketing pages (roadmap items, target dates, planned capabilities) are stated as such and do not constitute a binding commitment. We will not knowingly publish a false metric. If you find one, email trust@quintarthai.com — we'll fix it.
6. Pricing
Indicative pricing on the marketing site is for evaluation only. Actual pricing for any commercial engagement is set by the signed agreement, which controls in case of conflict.
7. Intellectual property
The IMS name, logos, page design, and original written content are © 2026 Quintessentia Network Inc. The PDF briefs are made available under CC BY 4.0 — you may share and adapt with attribution. Underlying source data remains the property of its respective publishers (ReliefWeb, OCHA, GDELT, etc.).
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the public live feed are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintessentia Network Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the public marketing site or live feed. Total liability for the public marketing site is limited to CAD $100. Paid services are governed by their own contract.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Quintessentia Network Inc. against any claim arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “last updated” date.
