All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We follow SOC 2 Type II controls and conduct regular security audits. Financial data is never shared with third parties.

4. RLHF and AI Training

User feedback submitted through our RLHF pipeline is anonymized before being used to improve model performance. You can opt out of feedback collection at any time from your account settings.

5. Your Rights

You can request data export, deletion, or correction at any time by contacting privacy@quintarth.com. We comply with PIPEDA (Canada) and applicable US state privacy laws.
