This page explains how to delete a Quintarthai account. Quintarthai is run by Quintessentia Network Inc.

How to delete your account

Sign in and open the Delete account page. You can also reach it from the account menu in the app.
Read what will be deleted, choose Delete my account and confirm.
The page shows the date your account will be deleted. Keep a note of it, because we do not email you about it.

Cannot sign in? Reset your password first. If that does not work, email hello@quintessentianetwork.com from the address on the account and say you want it deleted.

What happens next

Your account stays open for 30 days. You can cancel the request on the same page during that time.
After 30 days, the next daily deletion run deletes your account and the data listed below.
If you pay for a plan, it stops renewing when you ask for deletion. It stays active until the end of its billing period, or until the deletion date if that comes first. Nothing is refunded automatically.

To keep a copy, use Download your data under Privacy & data rights on your Account page before the deletion date.

What is deleted

Your profile, sign-in and email address
Watchlists, lists, portfolios, dashboards and saved screens
Quinn chat history, shared chat links, Quinn memory and feedback, saved prompts and starred chats
Alerts, filing watches, bookmarks and API keys
Subscription and usage records
Answer receipts and support conversations
Error reports tied to your account, and any mailing-list or waitlist entry under your email address

What is kept, and for how long

Database backups and older copies	To recover from a failure	Nightly backups are kept for 30 days, so deleted data can stay in a backup for up to 30 days after deletion. Some older copies are also still held: backup files from June to August 2026, and copies of Quinn chat history up to October 2026 outside the live database, including in our code repository and on an older server.

Service providers keep their own records under their own rules. Stripe holds payment records if you paid us, and the language-model providers named in our privacy policy processed the questions you sent to Quinn.
