Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time in two clicks and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period. No questions asked, no dark patterns.
We source data from SEDAR+, EDGAR, SEDI, and other regulatory bodies. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or timely. Users should verify critical information independently.
Data use and redistribution. Market and regulatory data displayed on the platform — including short interest data originating from FINRA and other self-regulatory organizations — is provided for your use within the Service only. You may not extract, scrape, resell, or otherwise redistribute such data outside the Service, whether free of charge or otherwise. Data obtained from government sources (e.g., SEC EDGAR, CFTC, Bank of Canada) may carry additional attribution and use notes listed on our Disclosures page.
Institutional plan users have access to our REST API. Rate limits apply per plan tier. API access must not be used for high-frequency trading or to create competing products.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, ON.
