Earnings and filings. In this guide: upcoming reports, the calendar, a company's filings, and its call transcripts.
Earnings Summary, under Analyze, opens with four tiles: upcoming earnings and dividends for the tickers it tracks, how many U.S. and Canadian companies report in the next seven days, and which company reports next. The dates come from a delayed events calendar.
Below them, the calendar lists each event by date, with the ticker, the event and its category: upcoming ones first, then recent ones. Show only dividends, or only earnings. To see another company's dates, type its ticker and press Add.
Click a ticker to open its research page. Here, Apple.
Apple's research page shows its next report date at the top, with the consensus estimate. Open News, Filings & Transcripts, then Filings: the company's SEC filings, grouped by form. Annual and quarterly reports, current reports, ownership forms such as insider Form 4s, and more, each with its filing date. Every one opens on EDGAR.
Transcripts shows the latest earnings call, where one is carried: its date and length, the opening remarks, and extracts picked automatically from the call, with a link to the full results release on EDGAR. The calendar shows who reports next; the research page shows what they filed.
