Your account. In this guide: your account page, your plan and usage, help and support, and privacy and data.
Your account page opens from the profile menu, at the top right of any page: choose Account. Basic details holds your name and email, and only the email is required.
The menu on the left also keeps your saved prompts, starred chats and bookmarks, for Quinn and your research.
My usage shows your current plan, and how much of each limit you have used: Quinn questions this month, price alerts, watchlists, and Data API requests. Monthly and daily limits show when they reset.
Settings holds your subscription and billing, email preferences, Sharia screening, and account deletion.
Help and support raises a ticket, for anything from sign-in to a number that looks wrong. Choose the issue type, add a subject and a description, and a person replies by email. Your tickets and their replies show here too.
Privacy and data is where you download a copy of your data. To delete your account, its link takes you to Settings, then Delete account, where you request deletion.
Back to dashboard, at the top right, takes you back to the app.
