Give your AI filings-grade data.
The Quintarthai Canadian Filings & Point-in-Time MCP connects ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code to SEC EDGAR filings with as-of time travel, figure verification, hash-stamped receipts, dual-listing symbology and Canada↔US withholding tables. Read-only and rate-limited. Available on the Trader plan and above — send your Quintarthai API key as a Bearer token.
Transport: streamable-http · Auth: Bearer API key, Trader plan or higher (OAuth planned) · live EDGAR + treaty tools; SEDAR+/SEDI tools honestly return LICENSE_SCOPE until licensed — call server_info for per-tool status.

What the tools do
24 tools. server_info reports the authoritative live/gated status of each — if this page and the server ever disagree, the server is right.
Entity & cross-border symbology
- resolve_entity — Company name, US ticker or Canadian ticker → one canonical record with CIK and both listings. Refuses rather than guessing when a Canadian listing has no verified US counterpart.
- list_dual_listing_pairs — The curated CA↔US interlisted map behind that resolution.
Filings, freezable to any knowledge date
- search_filings — EDGAR filings for an entity. as_of returns only what was knowable on that date — backtest-safe. US / cross-listed via EDGAR
- get_filing — A filing's documents and primary-document text by <cik>:<accession>. US / cross-listed via EDGAR
- what_changed_since — New and amended filings between two dates, with receipts. US / cross-listed via EDGAR
- time_travel — Meta-wrapper: re-run an as_of-aware tool frozen to a knowledge date so the caller cannot retrieve post-date data.
Point-in-time financials (as-filed vintages)
- get_fundamentals_as_of — The statements as they were known on a given date, each figure carrying the accession that reported it.
- list_restatements — Every restated value for a concept, oldest first, with the filing that carried each one.
- diff_as_reported_vs_current — As-originally-reported vs latest-revised — “was this number quietly changed after I acted on it?”
Verification & receipts
- verify_figure — Check a claimed value against the EDGAR XBRL fact. Deterministic, no LLM. US / cross-listed via EDGAR
- verify_receipt — Re-fetch the immutable source span, recompute SHA-256, compare to the stored hash.
- reconcile_headline_vs_table — Prose figures vs the reconciliation table in a document you supply. States both figures and the gap; judging it is the reader's job.
Ownership & relationships
- list_insider_transactions — US Section 16 (Form 3/4/5) activity from EDGAR. US / cross-listed via EDGAR
- graph_issuer_profile — Issuer-level insider and audit-relationship profile, public-domain sources.
- graph_issuer_connections — Shared officers, directors and auditors between issuers.
Cross-border, tax & mining
- diff_cross_border_disclosure — A Canadian issuer's US-side record (40-F / 6-K / 20-F). Coverage is PARTIAL by construction — the SEDAR+ half is reported missing, never silently omitted. US / cross-listed via EDGAR
- get_withholding — Canada↔US treaty withholding for a ticker by account type (taxable / RRSP / RRIF / TFSA), with citations.
- get_ni43101_reports — Extracts resource and grade facts from NI 43-101 text you supply.
Server
- server_info — Identity, catalogue version, coverage start dates, gate status, and the live/gated status of every tool. Call this first — it is the authority, not this page.
Registered, awaiting a data licence
These return an explicit LICENSE_SCOPE envelope naming the licence they wait on. This server does not fabricate data it does not have.
- get_cease_trade_orders — cease-trade orders / disciplined-list status SEDAR+
- get_early_warning_reports — NI 62-103/62-104 early-warning reports SEDAR+
- get_insider_history_as_of — point-in-time SEDI insider history SEDI
- get_interlisting_spread — FX-adjusted CAD↔USD interlisting spread EODHD redistribution
- list_material_change_reports — material-change reports SEDAR+
Prompts & resources
Packaged workflows your client can invoke directly, without you wiring the tool sequence yourself.
- analyze_issuer — Structured prompt to analyze a cross-border issuer using this server's tools
- whats_changed — Prompt to summarize what changed for an issuer since a date
- cross_border_compare — Prompt to compare a cross-listed issuer's disclosures
- as_of_research — Prompt to run leakage-free, point-in-time research
- coverage://summary — coverage + parse-quality summary
- pricing://tiers — plan limits and commercial-use terms
Mineral-Auditor MCP separate server
A second, independent MCP for NI 43-101 / S-K 1300 work. Deterministic engines — no LLM, no network — and every result carries qp_reviewed=false: it states the arithmetic and never substitutes for a Qualified Person.
Transport: streamable-http · Auth: Authorization: Bearer qtm_live_… · paid plans only. Sign in and issue yourself a key — it is shown once. Daily calls by plan: Trader 100 · Alpha 250 · Apex 1,000 · Prime 5,000. Quota is reserved before the engine runs and fails closed, so you are never billed for a call that did not complete.
- interpret_drill_results — Parses drill-result press-release text into structured intervals — grade, thickness, metal, gold-equivalent and grade×metre — and flags anomalies such as a high-grade intercept or an unstated thickness type.
- assess_drill_vs_resource — Representativeness check: compares the best reported intercept against the deposit's own resource average grade and flags a materially higher ratio — hit-selection, nugget effect, or a high-grade sub-zone that is not representative of the bulk.
- assess_resource_disclosure — Resource-disclosure quality from the company's OWN stated assumptions: break-even cut-off consistency, inferred-ounce share, cut-off sensitivity, and price deck vs spot. It never asserts a company is inflating — it states the arithmetic and cites the inputs.
- assess_resource_pdf — The same indicators straight from a technical-report PDF you already hold. Pass the file as base64; hosted callers cannot make the server read a local path.
- compare_disclosures — Diffs two resource statements and surfaces whether an ounce increase coincides with a lower cut-off or a higher price assumption — i.e. how much of the change is assumption-driven rather than geological.
- recompute_study_economics — Rebuilds a PEA/PFS/FS from its own cash-flow table and recomputes NPV, IRR and payback under the four standard discounting conventions, reporting which one reproduces the headline — or that none does within 2%, which is a question, not an accusation.
- stress_economics — Re-runs those economics at your discount rate. Output is labelled as the caller's scenario, never as the Qualified Person's estimate.
Try it without a key on the Mineral-Auditor demo — same deterministic engine, one paragraph at a time.
