The awkward questions, answered
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Cancel at any time in two clicks and you get a prorated refund for the unused part of your billing period. That is in the Terms of Service, not just on this page.
Is Core a trial that expires?
No. Core is free permanently and needs no card. If you never upgrade, nothing happens.
What currency is this?
US dollars. Every figure on this page is USD per month, and the same numbers are served from the public plans endpoint.
Why is Trader separate from Alpha?
They are different desks. Trader is the trading-intelligence suite; Alpha is the cross-border research dashboard. Apex is the only tier with both. If you want both, Apex costs less than the two separately.
What happens when I hit a cap?
You are told. Caps are enforced server-side and reported honestly rather than silently degrading your results.
Do you sell an enterprise tier?
Prime is the firm tier. Some of its differentiators are still being built and are marked as such above — we would rather say so than sell you a roadmap.
